Admission Procedure

A Candidate who has secured at least 50% marks in aggregate either in the Bachelor’s Degree / or in the Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/ Humanity/Commerce shall be eligible for admission to the degree of Bachelor of Education. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other Qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the B.Ed. Degree.
Electives: Kannada, English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Social Science, Commerce.
Rules regarding admission, entrance examination, intake, eligibility, reservations, proportions for different subjects and related norms will be as laid down by the NCTE and the Government of Karnataka from time to time and notified by the University shall be followed.

Fees will be collected as fixed by the government of Karnataka and will be notified later.
Further instruction on any changes in B.Ed. regulations will be provided after notifications by the government.
College regulations will be notified at the time of admission
Hostel Accommodation is not confirmed consequent to the securing of a seat in the college. The candidate needs to apply directly to the Hostel Director

Original Institute Copy and Photocopy of Student Copy of Seat/Institute Allotment Letter issued by University after Counselling & Fee submission.
Photocopies of the Certificates and Mark sheets of High School (10th) and Intermediate (12th).
Photocopies of the Mark sheets of all years of B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. / B.P.E. / M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com. / B.P.Ed. Etc. and Degree of Graduation and Post Graduation.
Photocopy of any Identity Proof (Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Voter Card / Rashan Card with photo or any other identity proof).
Photocopy of the Caste Certificate of SC / ST / OBC / PH if applicable.
Original Admit Card of Entrance Test. (If available)
Original Transfer Certificate from the college last attended.
Original Physical and Medical Fitness Certificate from CMO of government hospital.
Photocopies of the NCC/NSS/Scouts/Teacher Ward/Sports/Games participation etc. certificate in case of weightage marks.
Original Name change certificate (If name has been changed after marriage) (In two copies).
Original Gap certificate if any break in Education.
Signature of the student on Admission Form.

A student shall be eligible for End-Semester Examination if he/she has attended not less than 80% of the lectures delivered in theory including seminars, tutorials etc. in each course and 90% of the internship/field work etc.
