Our Mission

The department of English was established in the year 1982. We prepare students for creative writing and thinking where students involve in various Essay and Debates competition which gain confidence and enhance knowledge in them. “General English” is a compulsory programme offered to all students from semester I to semester IV of BA and BCOM.

Objectives

The Department  aim to  promote the learning of English as a language of communication, enable the students to understand spoken language, pronounce English correctly and Intelligibly, use appropriate word stress, Intonation, read and write. Our department also  enable students to listen English with proper understanding to develop their skills in public speaking and
