VISION:

The basic need for a HRD is to develop competencies in students. Competency can be developed by acquiring required knowledge, skills and bringing a change in the attitude. These are the present day requirements in the employment market. To be effective placement cell in the college need to bring Industry and Institution together. Preparing students as per the requirement of the Industry through competency building is the core objective of Placement Cell.

MISSION:

Building competency through effective training and development in collaboration with the institutes, agencies and industries.
Imparting training in Career development, skill development, aptitude and attitude development through workshops, orientations, competitive examination preparations and recruitment drives.
Making the students employable when they exit the institution.
